Penguin Paragliding, LLC creates an excellent, respectful, learning environment for first-time paragliding pilots consistent with the standards, best practices, spirit , and philosophy of the United States Hang-gliding and Paragliding Association (USHPA). Flying a personal aircraft is all about respect—respect for other pilots, your neighbors, onlookers, and for the USHPA. Penguin Paragliding, LLC seeks to preserve this privilege by consistently bringing well-trained and respectful pilots into the community.
